HOW IT WORKS

All bidders must create an account and have a payment method on file to bid on our auction items. Once an auction is over we charge the winning bidder’s credit card. If you are the winning bidder you can choose to pick up your item at our Boise or Payette location.

Q. Why do I need a credit card on file to bid?

A.  All registered bidders are required to have a valid method of payment on file to place bids. All invoices will be charged automatically when the auction ends, the invoice amount will be charged to the credit card on file. We do this to avoid fictitious bidding. 

Q. How do I make my payment?

All payments are automatic at the end of the auction once all lots are closed.

Q. Where and when can I pick up my items?

We have 2 locations you can choose from:

BOISE OR PAYETTE

Pickup addresses are provided to winning bidders once their item(s) are ready for pickup.

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Items are sold as is, no refunds or returns.

Q. How long do I have to pay and pickup?

A. We allow 7 days from the auction end date to pickup your items.  If your items have not been picked up, we will relist your items and charge the card on file a 20% restocking fee.
