Once an auction ends, payment is required within 24 hours.
After payment, winning bidders may pick up items at either our Boise or Payette location.

📦 Where and when can I pick up my items?
You may choose from our two pickup locations.
Once your order status changes to READY FOR PICKUP, you’ll receive an email with:
- A link to schedule your pickup day and time
- Address details
- Instructions for accessing the location

🔁 What is the return policy?
All items are sold AS-IS. No refunds or returns.
⏱️ How long do I have to pay?
You must pay within 24 hours of winning an item. Failure to pay will result in a site ban and loss of bidding privileges.
